Our students are all held to industry standards of professionalism from day one. In addition to fostering creativity, all of our classes are designed to ground students in the bedrock reality of makeup work. In addition to the top flight makeup curriculum, all students have to pass muster in basic disciplines such as sanitation, set etiquette, and the business of makeup in order to graduate. A Cinema Makeup School graduate is certified as set-ready for projects ranging from fashion shows and photo shoots to feature films by artists who currently work in those environments.
Similarly, as an independent school, we have the flexibility to update our courses constantly. We strive to familiarize all of our students with both the latest materials and techniques and the old school processes and theories that have stood the test of time.
